FULL-TIME & PART-TIME FLOWER FARMERS

FT schedule:

April - October

5 days, 8am-4:30pm

Plus some weekends

PT schedule:

June - September

Mon, Wed, Thurs

8am-4pm

Our energetic, fast-paced, and production-focused cut flower farm seeks positive humans to join our team. Be part of our small but mighty crew, intensively growing high volumes of flowers and producing tens of thousands bouquets every season. We work hard and have a great time doing it!

Harvest and bouquet production can be repetitive and involves standing for long periods, while maintaining speed and accuracy. Crew members participate in many aspects of the farm, including: planting, weeding, irrigation, processing and cleaning. These are production farming tasks, and while we are surrounded by the most beautiful flowers, it is not floral design work.

Full-time applicants must have minimum 2 years experience in production farming or production horticulture experience. Full-time candidates seeking a long-term position at the farm will be prioritized. Part time candidates should have minimum 1 year farming, production or customer service experience.

Applicants MUST possess the following:

 â€‹

  • Be available during times and dates indicated above.

  • Physical and mental stamina to work in all weather conditions.

  • Ability to maintain a fast, efficient pace while ensuring the highest quality, especially during redundant tasks. Must have hustle!

  • Consistent attention to detail.

  • Team player, commitment to task completion.

  • Reliable transportation to and from work, with some flexibility on day-end timing.

  • Most importantly: Be a kind human!
