Plus some weekends

Our energetic, fast-paced, and production-focused cut flower farm seeks positive humans to join our team as crew members. Harvest and bouquet production can be repetitive and involves standing for long periods, while maintaining speed and accuracy. Crew members participate in many aspects of the farm, including: planting, weeding, irrigation, processing and cleaning. These are production farming tasks, and while we are surrounded by the most beautiful flowers, it is not floral design work.
Part-time candidates should have minimum 1 year farming, production or customer service experience.
Full-time applicants must have minimum 2 years experience in production farming or production horticulture experience. Full-time candidates seeking a long-term position at the farm will be prioritized.
Applicants MUST possess the following:

Be available during times and dates indicated above.

Physical and mental stamina to work in all weather conditions.

Ability to maintain a fast, efficient pace while ensuring the highest quality, especially during redundant tasks. Must have hustle!

Consistent attention to detail.

Team player, commitment to task completion.

Reliable transportation to and from work, with some flexibility on day-end timing.
